Our Company

JM Group was founded in 1982 with the opening  Nassau Street Seafood & Produce Company .  The core mission of the company is the same today as it was then; to provide the freshest seafood and produce available coupled with professional, personalized service.

Over the years the JM Group has expanded with the openings of the Blue Point Grill and Witherspoon Grill, and most recently the Princeton Farmers’ Market. Our continued commitment to the core mission of sourcing great food while providing professional, friendly service is the backbone and driving force of our company today.

Built on a foundation of quality and service, JM Group has received accolades from various publications, including The New York Times, Wine Spectator Food Arts, Food & Wine, Restaurants and Institutions and Zagat. JM Group has served various heads of state and several New Jersey governors, as well as President Clinton.

JM Group is active in community-based charity endeavors, including sponsorship of NJ’s Oyster Bowl, benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure Central & South Jersey and the Harvest & Music Festival benefiting the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.   In recognition of JM Group’s successes, Jack Morrison was recently named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
